Welcome to Pixstamp!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixstamp website at https://pixstamp.app ("Website"), our mobile applications, and our bulk image branding service (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Pixstamp is a bulk image branding platform that allows you to add logos, banners, watermarks, text overlays, badges, and sashes to batches of photos. Images are processed server-side and delivered as downloadable files.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may create workspaces and invite team members to collaborate on shared templates.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pixstamp offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe (web) or through in-app purchases via the App Store or Google Play (mobile). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective payment platform.

4. Your Content and Images

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of applying your branding templates. We do not claim any rights to your images.

Processed images are stored temporarily for download and are deleted after 30 days. You are responsible for downloading your branded images within this period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Upload images that violate any laws or third-party rights
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Pixstamp. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
